REFUND POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL TICKET ACQUISITIONS, REGISTERED RSVPS, DOOR TRANSACTIONS, AND PAYMENTS MANAGED BY PH7, LTD. ("COMPANY") FOR THE EVENT SCHEDULED ON MAY 28, 2026, ARE SUBJECT TO THIS STRICT REFUND POLICY. BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR PURCHASE OR ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
1. Absolute Finality of Sales

All Transactions Final: All ticket sales, door purchases, and registrations are completely final. No refunds, credits, exchanges, roll-overs, or price adjustments will be issued for any reason.

No Refunds for Personal Circumstances: Refunds will not be processed under any circumstances due to changes in personal scheduling, unexpected personal conflicts, travel delays, transportation failures, weather conditions, personal illness, or general non-attendance by the ticket holder.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ENFORCED NON-ADMISSION OR EJECTION CRITICAL WARNING: Door security and event management enforce strict compliance protocols. Participant explicitly acknowledges and agrees that NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR COMPENSATIONS WILL BE ISSUED under any circumstances if they are denied admission to the venue or forcibly ejected from the premises due to:

Failure to present a valid, original, unexpired government-issued photo ID establishing proof of mandatory age limitations (18+ for entry, 21+ for alcohol access).

Being under the mandatory entry age limit (under 18 years old).

Arriving in a state of visible, excessive intoxication or appearing under the influence of illegal substances.

Possession of prohibited items, including outside beverages, alcohol, weapons, or hazardous materials.

Engaging in aggressive, disruptive, uncooperative, disrespectful, or non-compliant behavior toward staff, security, or fellow event attendees.

Any violation of the venue's house rules, local ordinances, student organization guidelines, or safety policies.
3. Waiver of Chargeback Rights

By purchasing a ticket or paying at the door, Participant explicitly waives their right to dispute the transaction or initiate a "chargeback" with their credit card company, banking institution, or payment processor (including but not limited to platform providers utilized by the Company) for any reason, including claims of non-admission or event cancellation due to enforced safety policies.
4. Force Majeure and Company-Initiated Cancellation Limitation

Force Majeure Limits: If the Event is canceled entirely by the Company due to an act of God, extreme weather emergency, fire, labor strike, government mandate, sudden venue unavailability, or any other unforeseen event beyond the reasonable control of the Company (Force Majeure), the Company’s liability is strictly limited to a refund of the ticket face value to the original payment method.

Consequential Damages Excluded: The Company shall not be liable for any associated travel, lodging, or consequential losses incurred by the Participant due to a Force Majeure cancellation.

Rescheduling: If the Event is postponed or rescheduled to an alternative date, existing tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. Refund availability for rescheduled events will be determined and communicated at the sole discretion of the Company.
5. Governing Law and Venue

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
